• Device Information: Model, operating system version, and unique device identifiers.
• Log Data: IP address, access times, and crash reports (via Google Firebase Crashlytics).
• FCM Token: A unique token used to send Push Notifications to your device.

1.3 Measurement Data

The App collects data from your aquarium devices (e.g., pH, temperature, CO2 levels) via Bluetooth or Wi-Fi to provide you with real-time monitoring and historical diagrams.

2. Permissions and Access

To provide its core functionality, the App requires the following permissions:

• Bluetooth: Necessary to communicate with EvolvAqua hardware devices, perform configurations, and receive measurements.
• Location: On certain Android versions, Location access is required by the operating system to perform Bluetooth (BLE) scanning. We do not track your physical movements.
• Notifications: Used to send you critical alerts regarding your aquarium status (e.g., threshold crossings or connection issues).

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected data to:

• Provide, operate, and maintain the App.
• Deliver real-time aquarium alerts and push notifications.
• Generate historical diagrams of your measurements.
• Improve the App through crash analysis and technical logs.

4. Third-Party Services

The App uses third-party services that may collect information used to identify you:

2.5 Data Security

We implement reasonable security measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Retention of Data

We retain your aquarium configuration and measurement data for as long as you use the App. Technical logs and crash reports are typically retained for a limited period to ensure App stability.
